Q.I would like to start ballroom dancing.

A.Yes, it is okay! Ballroom dancing is a dance that anyone can do.
Ballroom dancing is danced in pairs, and the teacher will lead and follow you during the lesson, so you can enjoy it and start easily.

Q. What kind of changes have you noticed in your body since you started ballroom dancing?

A.By using the muscles that you don't usually use in a reasonable movement, moderate exercise will help you lose weight and maintain your health.
Also, your posture will improve. The dance also has backward movement, so the sense of balance is also cultivated.

Q.Can I visit freely?

A.We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from coming to the store only for observation.

Q. How can I take a trial lesson?

A.Please make a reservation by email or phone.
Since it is held in a private format, we will match the schedule with the instructor when you contact us.
The trial lesson is 3,240 yen (tax included).
Trial lessons are available from 13:00 to 20:30 (last reception) on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 13:00 to 17:30 (last reception) on Sundays and public holidays.

Q.How long is the trial lesson?

A.Dance shoes are required for ballroom dancing lessons.
We recommend that you purchase dance shoes after joining the studio, but rental shoes are also available (for a fee).
*However, during the trial lesson, it will be a free rental.

Q.What kind of clothes should I wear for lessons?

A.There is no problem with clothes for lessons as long as it is easy to move around in (for example, men/shirts, slacks, women/pants, flared skirts, etc.).
*Please note that we do not accept lessons in jeans, jerseys, or sweatshirts. There is a changing room, so you may prepare a change of clothes separately from when you commute.

Q.What is the age range of the students who come to the studio?

A.We have a wide range of age groups from 20s to 80s, so there is no particular bias.
